Breezeway Project
Designed and executed for a brilliant contractor and long-time friend and industry mentor of mine, the Breezeway Project is very dear to my heart, even more so now than when it was first completed. The clients wanted a space where they could enjoy themselves during the summers nights and afternoons. They essentially wanted to be able to enjoy the weather without being beat by the sun. The clients were able to enjoy many summer evenings in the rest haven we built in their backyard. My friend has now passed away, but this project is a keepsake to me.
The Deck Revival Project
As its name suggest, we upgraded the deck for the city’s Community Block Grant Program.” They had a gathering shortly after that summer and we finished it in time. Even though projects like this one always take a little bit longer. The homeowners were satisfied and we added this to the ever growing list of successful projects in our book.
